Walker & Co has a well established family department, which has been providing private and publicly funded services to families in Rotherham for over 25 years.

We can offer advice and assistance in all aspects of relationship breakdown, including Divorce, Separation, Money and Children matters.

Catherine Burns is a member of Resolution - first for family lawyers, which sets out the principles of a non-confrontational approach to family law matters.We recognise that not all family disputes need to be resolved in the Court system and that in fact better results can be achieved using Mediation services where both parties remain in control.

We also offer services to parents in Public Law proceedings. Andrew Walker was one of the first solicitors in Rotherham to be approved to deal with care proceedings relating to children.

We also offer a professional and speedy service to the victims of Domestic Violence.
